The idea of creating a modern business center emerged 15 years ago. Under the guidance of Georgian and foreign founders, Didube Plaza Ltd was founded on April 28, 2004.
In 1954 the Germans built a building on 116 Tsereteli Avenue which was rebuilt, renovated, expanded, completed in 2008 and marketed as a modern business center. The building occupies a total of 28 thousand square meters which comprises a high class hotel complex, conference halls, catering facilities, offices, commercial and dormitory spaces.
Based on the multifunctional features of the apartment center "Didube Plaza" offers to small and large entrepreneurs:

In the architectural planning of the building when the conceptual design of the business center was created, for the convenience of business people, the idea was to create a modern interior foyer (atrium) for the purpose of organizing various events (exhibitions, sales, thematic fairs, presentations, podiums) that would make the business center more comfortable for companies.
The company made a decision to expand the business center at the base of a building built by the Germans on Tsereteli Avenue in 1954 and with this motivation, the old building, in the typical style of it, was built. In total, the building has a total space of 28,000 square meters which is enough to accommodate a high class hotel complex, conference rooms, dance studio, catering facilities, a large selection of offices and commercial spaces.
